Church School

Holy Advent offers a one-room Church School in the Parish Hall building. The Church School meets the needs of children ages Kindergarten through sixth grade and the teachers follow a curriculum especially made for one-room Sunday schools.

The Church School class meets every Sunday from September through June. The children meet with their teachers in the classroom in the Parish Hall 15 minutes prior to the start of the 10:00 am service. 

Classes involve arts & crafts, role-plays, discussions and games, all to teach the children the lessons that the Bible holds for them. The Church School students also present a yearly "Christmas Pageant" presented at the 10:00 service on the Sunday before Christmas week. ​

We have a great church school and the kids love it! Any child is welcome to stop in and attend a class as a visitor at any time.
